Withdrawals can be made as bank transfers, cheques or credit cards. Withdrawals in cheque form are free of charge. For withdrawals via bank transfer, processing fees are charged based on the currency withdrawn. The fees are shown in the withdrawal form below. In addition, customers who have made at least one deposit using their credit card may also make withdrawals by credit card. Withdrawals by credit card are free of charge. Please note that if you make deposits exclusively with your credit card you can only make withdrawals using your credit card account.
