Download the software below to install FXCM’s powerful and secure trading platform, Forex Trading Station 2.0 on your PC.
- Click on the following link:
FX Trading Station 2.0 for Windows | EXE-File - Please select Run or Open – not Save.
- Follow the installation instructions.
- Upon successful installation, the FX Trading Station icon will appear on your desktop as well as in the program menu in a new folder called FX Trading.
Open the FX Trading Station and enter your user name and password. Then select the connection type in the dropdown menu (Demo or Live) and move to the main screen of the FX Trading Station by clicking on the Register button to access your demo or live account.
Here is how to set the trading platform to English:
- 1. Please log in.
- 2. Under System on the navigation bar on the upper edge of the screen, navigate to the Language context menu and select English.
- 3. The Language setting is activated by restarting the trading platform.

Please note that you will need to download the charts plug-in separately.
The integrated charting program allows traders to access charts and to use them for trading. Download the plug-in, install it, and then restart the FXCM trading platform. The integrated chart tool will then be available. Please note that the MarketScope charts plug-in is already included in the primary download of FX Trading Station 2.0. Here is how to open the charts:
- 1. Please log in.
- 2. Go to Charts in the navigation bar on the upper edge of the screen and then select Create MarketShot from the context menu.
- 3. Then another window opens where you can set the currency pair (or CFD), the period, and the date range covered by the chart. Click on “OK” to open the chart.
